QUARENTINE COCKTAIL COMPETITION 2020
While in "quarentine" at Horseshoe Bay we thought it would be fun to have a cocktail competition. Each day one couple created and served a different cocktail that would be voted on by the group. It was a fun way to pass the time!
COCO'S ALL AMERICAN COCKTAIL
The "All American" Add to the shaker - 1 ounce of Grey Goose Vodka with 1 ounce of Triple Sec, 2 ounces of Cranberry Juice and the juice of one lime (TIP-cut the lime in half and microwave for 30 seconds and then squeeze. You will more juice out of the lime) Shake until mixed and serve over ice. Garnish with 1/2 a strawberry and 3 blueberries on a toothpick. Serve with an "All American" cheeseboard! Enjoy!

"SARA LYNN'S CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL"
Chill the Champagne Flukes in the freezer for 30 minutes. In a shaker mix 3 ounces of champagne with 1 ounce of cucumber infused vodka and ice. Shake and pour into the chilled champagne fluke and garnish with a thinly sliced cucumber! Enjoy!
