This party was "All Sinatra & Vegas!" It was so much fun for the couple. The party honored Shelby & Jake. Shelby is the daughter of Mindy, one of my best friends. Shelby is also the best friend of Sara, my youngest daughter.

Craps Table

I studied the specifications for a regulation Craps Table. My son-in-law, John and I built the wodden frame. I ordered the regulation rubber bumpers, the felt, the craps game dice, sticks, and "house" poker chips from Amazon. I hired a professional "craps host" and a helper to run the table.

Guest Registration in the Foyer

I set up a forty-eight inch round table for Guest Registration. I draped the table with a gold satin tablecloth that hung to the floor and added a gold sequin topper and a bright green sequin table runner. I topped of the table design with a large vase of orange and white gladiolas with a palm leaf swirled in the vase, a vintage Vegas poster in a frame, and a framed sign stating, "Grab a bag of poker chips to play craps." I ordered custom poker chips with the couples monogram on them and baged 10 chips per bag for the guests to play craps. I collected the custom chips at the end of the shower and gave them to the groom-to-be. The poker chips were displayed in two gold bowls.

Famous Vegas Image

I mounted the iconic Vegas image on foam board and displayed them at the Party to give a true Vegas feel. The photo was displayed with orange roses, a green sequin table runner
and a potted palm.

Three Rounds for Dinner Seating

I set up three ninety inch rounds draped with white tablecloths that draped to the floor. I added orange satin table toppers. The centerpieces consisted of tall vases filled with orange gladiolas and plam leaves. I added gold chivari chairs with off-white chair cushions. Each place was set with a gold charger, off white napkins with gold napkin rings.

Three Tall Cocktail Tables were placed in the Bar Area

Each cocktail table was draped with long white tablecloths and orange satin table toppers. Each table had a vase with orange gladiolas.

Two Ninety Inch Rounds used for the Cocktail Buffet Tables

Each Buffet Table was draped with white tablecloths topped with orange table toppers. I used vintage brass serving pieces and crystal serving pieces. The centerpiece on each table consisted of forty-eight inch tall vases filled with orange and white gladiolas. The vases were placed on palm leaves.

Gift Display Table

The Gifts were displayed in my diningroom and my formal livingroom. I covered the tables with gold embelished tablecloths with gold sequin table runners added as an accent. I created different levels using display stands and I placed them under the tableclothes. I also decorated the tables with photos of the couple in gold frames and their initials in gold.
